Turn leftover chicken into fresh and tasty salad just in 5 minutes.


  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 ribs celery
  • bunch of parsley
  • 2 cups diced chicken
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  1. Mince onion and celery, chop parsley. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Serve on bed of green salad or in a sandwich.
