Pizza Quattro Formaggi with Grapes

Wonderful rich cheesy pizza paired perfectly with grapes and walnuts. What a fantastic combination!


  • 1 lb / 450 g store-bought pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 oz / 60 g blue cheese
  • 2 oz / 60 g Emmental cheese
  • 2 oz / 60 g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup red grapes
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F / 220° C. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to 12″ / 30 cm. Place on lightly greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Brush dough with oil. Dice blue cheese and mozzarella. Grate Emmental and Parmesan. Cut grapes in half, chop walnuts.
  2. Spread cheeses on top of pizza. Bake for 13 mins, take out of the oven and add the grapes and walnuts. Return in the oven for another 3 mins, until crisp and golden and the cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately.
