Wonderful rich cheesy pizza paired perfectly with grapes and walnuts. What a fantastic combination!
- 1 lb / 450 g store-bought pizza dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 oz / 60 g blue cheese
- 2 oz / 60 g Emmental cheese
- 2 oz / 60 g mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup red grapes
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven to 425° F / 220° C. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to 12″ / 30 cm. Place on lightly greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Brush dough with oil. Dice blue cheese and mozzarella. Grate Emmental and Parmesan. Cut grapes in half, chop walnuts.
- Spread cheeses on top of pizza. Bake for 13 mins, take out of the oven and add the grapes and walnuts. Return in the oven for another 3 mins, until crisp and golden and the cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately.
