Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

  • 8 chicken tenders
  • 8 sage leaves
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  1. Put a sage leaf on each chicken tender and wrap with a slice of bacon.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add tenders, sage side down, and cook for 6-7 mins, until bacon is browned. Turn over and cook another 6-7 mins, until chicken is cooked through.
