Turn leftover chicken into fresh and tasty salad just in 5 minutes.
- 1 small red onion
- 2 ribs celery
- bunch of parsley
- 2 cups diced chicken
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Mince onion and celery, chop parsley. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve on bed of green salad or in a sandwich.
